The LINK Center is a joint-effort of Growing Up Healthy and the City of Northfield.
The mission of the LINK Center is to connect Northfield community members with resources in Northfield and Rice County. During the times when the desk is staffed (check out this month’s calendar), anyone may come to the LINK Center and ask questions about resources and services. The LINK Center staff will do our best to provide you with an answer, or direct you to the best resource where you can find an answer! If you need Emergency Assistance please visit the LINK Center’s emergency assistance page. If it is after hours and you need assistance or if you are just curious what sort of resources are available in Northfield please feel free to visit our Resources webpage (también disponsible en español). In addition, during “Face-to-Face time,” you have the opportunity to connect directly with some Northfield and Rice County resources (see this month’s calendar for those times and organizations as well). Each month, the LINK Center publishes a newsletter called Conexiones Comunitarias/Community Connections which contains information on events and resources in the community as well as the LINK Center calendar for the month.
If you have any questions or comments about our services, if you would like to receive the monthly Conexiones Comunitarias/Community Connections newsletter at your office or in your home, or if you are an organization that would like to submit an announcement to the newsletter, please contact the LINK Center (click on contact us to find out how).
The LINK Center is here for you! We hope to see you soon.
