Three Rivers Community Action, Inc., incorporated in 1966, is a non-profit human service organization with a mission “to work with community partners to address basic human needs of people in our service area, thereby improving the quality of life of the individual, family and community.”

CCRR is a community based non-profit agency that works with parents, child care providers, employers and the community to help promote the availability of quality child care services.

Faribault

Faribault School District, McKinley Early Childhood Center

McKinley Early Childhood Center offers a wide variety of programs for ALL families with children birth to 5 years old in the Faribault school district. ECFE has classes for parents and their children that meet weekly at convenient times during the day and evenings. McKinley Preschool is for children 3 & 4 years old who need an extra boost to be ready for Kindergarten next fall. Early Childhood Special Education (EC:SE) provides support and education to children with identified special needs.

United Way of Faribault

The mission of the United Way of Faribault is to increase the organized capacity of people to care for one another. The purpose of the United Way is to stimulate interest and participation of the citizens of Faribault on behalf of worthy educational, health, and welfare organizations, and social services.

Welcome Center, Faribault

The Welcome Center is an information and referral center and assistance resource for immigrant and other residents of the Faribault and the surrounding area. Sponsored by the Faribault Diversity Coalition, the Center opened May 5, 2001 to help immigrants connect to needed resources, learn how to manage their own needs, and to facilitate communication for those with limited English.

Northfield

Northfield Community Action Center

Community Action Center is a private, non-profit multi-service agency serving individuals within the Northfield School district. The CAC mission is to promote a healthy, caring, and just community for all people through resources, advocacy, and volunteer effort.

Northfield Early Childhood Initiative

The mission of the Northfield ECIC is to educate, activate and mobilize the entire community on the issues affecting young children from birth to age five. ECIC is a community-based campaign to assure that every young child in the Northfield community has the support they need to have a solid foundation for life.

Northfield School District Community Services Division

Community Services is a division of the Northfield Public School District. We support the learning and participation of adults & children in our community through citizen involvement, lifelong learning programs and services, access to school & community resources, and promotion of collaboration and partnerships.

HealthFinders Collaborative

The mission of HealthFinders is to provide quality, accessible and culturally sensitive healthcare services, at no cost, to low-income and uninsured residents of greater Rice County.

Healthy Community Initiative, Northfield

HCI works with community partners to foster collaboration and to support community-driven efforts that benefit Northfield youth and families. By offering its support, HCI strives to build the capacity of the community to more effectively serve its young people.
